Cannella Media Celebrates 35 Years

March 2020 – Cannella Media is excited to celebrate their milestone 35th anniversary. Founded in 1985 by Frank Cannella, what started as a one-person operation with a single client has evolved into the sophisticated performance-based video advertising company of today.

Early in his career, Frank saw and seized an opportunity to work with local television broadcast stations to repurpose their less desirable airtime by running program-length advertising. His diligence to convince broadcasters to sell airtime in 30 minute blocks to individual advertisers has evolved into an multi-billion dollar direct marketing industry.

Initially founded as Cannella Response Television, the company rebranded in 2016 after the acquisition of Media Property Holdings. With offices in four locations throughout the country, Cannella’s services currently range from traditional linear media in all lengths (short-, mid- and long form), CPA and Advanced TV solutions, as well as campaign support services. In addition to founder Frank Cannella, Cannella Media is led by CEO Rob Medved, President Matt Greenfield, and EVP Managing Partner, Bill Raymond.
